Bennett's American Cooking: A Trendy and Classy New American Experience in Sacramento

Classy and delicious. The short rib tacos were amazing and so pleasing to the palate. They were juicy and so tasty! I would order those every time! The servers were friendly and swift. The ambiance was relaxing and beautiful.

This eatery was on my list of Wanna Go. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is lively on a Friday night. The dinning room is darkly lit but good drinks and good food with good friends is a win. The service was a tad slow but understandable because it was packed. Cocktails were nicely crafted and the food is solid.

We came in for brunch and ordered brussel sprouts to start which is amazing they were available and also the Mia salad and monte cristo both so delicious would definitely recommend! Drinks from bartender John who makes incredible drinks and gave us extra excellent service the whole dine in experience we had the cranberry martini, Bloody Mary, Bennetts champagne lemonade all amazing drinks I’m sure he’d make any others just as well! Thank you Bennetts and John we will definitely be back again and again!

I highly recommend this restaurant. We were visiting our goddaughter from the East Coast (MD). She and her husband took us out to eat and we truly enjoyed it. I had this beautiful salad but once I tasted the ribs I ate about three bites of the salad and enjoyed my husband's ribs. Those ribs were just as good as my mom's which I had never experienced before. (If you know my mom don't tell her I said that.. I would have given the food a 5 but our jalapeno cornbread was cold, even after the server put in another order for us. We like warm to hot jalapeno cornbread. In the restaurant's defense, they did remove the charge. Our server, Gerael, was top tier. I couldn't immediately sit down with the rest of the group. I walked into the restaurant with a cramp, we did a lot of walking. Gerael immediately had a club soda and lime made for me. I can't express the high level of service received. We didn't arrive until 8:15 pm. Great service even when they were closing soon. This was our first time visiting Sacramento. I will be back when we visit our goddaughter next year. Keep the ribs on the menu and please don't change how you make them.

What a delightful brunch experience! The prices are higher than others but well worth every penny. Excellent foot and drinks! Highly recommend the French Dip and the Lox platter. The bloody Mary was also perfect! This is our second visit for brunch and third visit all together and none have disappointed .

Brandon was awesome! We came in right at opening during a busy time, and the service was still top-tier. Brandon took great care of us from start to finish. The food was amazing, the drinks were made perfectly, and everything came out just the way it should. I had a few drinks and they were mixed really well—great flavor, great balance. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and enjoyable. I definitely recommend coming here and trying out both the food and the drinks. We’ll be back for sure!

My boyfriend and I had a great dinner Bennett has the feel of a very nice restaurant, but the prices are reasonable . The food is delicious. It’s great place for a Friday or Saturday night or if you want to grab a bite during the week .

Getting drinks was slow. Some of the order not delivered. Make reservations. NY strip was great, prime rib not so much.
